We are capable of manufacturing, and not limited to the following components and assemblies:
- ION Chromotography Columns from PEEK® tubing with sizes ranging from 1mm to 9mm in O.D. to 300mm in length
- Column guards from PEEK® and other Polymers
- IC Inline filter FRIT seal assemblies
- Seal rings
- R&D designed fittings, unions, and reducers with emphasis on achieving small thru holes with high aspect ratio in PEEK® and other "TOUGH" to machine polymers

All of our NEW machinery is from Haas Automation Model CL1 with custom designed live tooling. We only perform lathe operations with milled features. We operate ALL of our equipment in a "DRY" Environment. This means NO water soluble coolant or oils are used in any process.
